What It Does

Our AppFolio Expert Bot lives inside your client portal and responds to questions in real time. Ask it anything you'd normally ping your bookkeeper about:

How to Access It

If you're a PM Bookkeeper client with portal access:

  1. 1Log into your client portal
  2. 2Navigate to the Messages tab
  3. 3Look for "Your AppFolio Bot" at the top
  4. 4Toggle on the capabilities you want (Diagnostics, How-to Q&A, Tenant Comm Drafts, etc.)
  5. 5Start asking questions

The bot is included at no extra cost for all PM Bookkeeper clients with portal access.
