Data Stays in AppFolio
We work directly inside your AppFolio instance. Your financial data never leaves the platform. We don't copy databases, export bulk data, or use third-party sync tools.
NDA Available
We sign NDAs with every client who requests one. Our entire team is bound by confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment.
No Data Copies
We don't maintain shadow copies of your books. All work is performed live in AppFolio. The only exports are the reports and statements you've specifically requested.
Access Controls
We use accountant-level access in AppFolio — the same permissions structure you'd give any staff bookkeeper. You control what we can see and do.
Internal Controls
Background checks for all team members. Segregation of duties. Regular access reviews. We take security as seriously as you do.
